Global Advance Fund-2007-04-12
The Global Advance Fund is the funding stream that provides International Workers with the following:
• a living allowance
• travel to work site
• rent
• children’s education
• ministry budget
• health insurance
Instead of workers raising their own funds, it is our tradition that the family of Canadian Alliance Churches shoulders the support load together. We consider this a happy privilege and responsibility to see the Good News extend to the ends of the earth through the work of our International Workers.

1. Global Advance funds (tax receiptable) can be given through any local Alliance church (cheques payable to local church) and designated e.g. “Global Advance Fund” or “GAF”
Or
2. Funds can be sent directly to the National Ministry Centre (cheques payable to “The Christian & Missionary Alliance”)
30 Carrier Drive, Suite 100
Toronto ON M9W 5T7.

Global Outfitting-2007-04-12VIEW
Global Outfitting funds are given to International Workers at the beginning of each term to help them set up their home base overseas. This is particularly important for new workers going out on assignment and needing to set up a household for the first time. These funds help purchase appliances, furniture, clothing, kitchen utensils etc. This category is not covered by the GAF.
