Exit Interviews-2008-03-19

Exit Interviews provide opportunities for:




  1. The church - this is a chance for the church to learn about itself.  Healthy churches are learning organizations.  Departing employees are generally more forthcoming, constructive and objective than staff still in their jobs.  


  2. The departing employee - from the departing employee's perspective, an exit interview is a chance to give constructive feedback and to leave on a positive note with good relations and mutual respect.
