| Ken & Melanie came to the District Office in August of 1999 after they had finished 18 years of ministry at Portage Alliance in Manitoba. Through life’s experiences God has created in Ken a passion for the local church and its pastors. Ken has completed his Bachelor of Religious Education; Bachelor of Biblical Studies; Master of Missiology; and Doctor of Ministry. He loves to hike in the mountains and loves to party. |

| Tim and Heather come to us from the Salvation Army. Tim has been the senior pastor at the Berkshire Community Church in Calgary for the past 13 years. Over the course of time, Tim has received his Bachelor of Theology degree from Ontario Bible College and a Master of Arts in Ministry from Moody Graduate School in Chicago. He is also a qualified trainer with NCD (Natural Church Development). Tim and Heather have four children and Tim enjoys music, jogging, cycling and photography. |

| Don and Bev began their pastoral ministry in the Wetaskiwin Alliance Church in 1982. He was ordained shortly after that in 1984. However just previous to that, Don was an Agricultural Economist in Lesotho, Africa with the Canadian International Development Agency for two years. From 1985-1994 Don pastored in Drumheller Alliance Church and has been the senior pastor of Cochrane Alliance from 1994 until now. He has his Masters of Divinity from CTS and a Doctor of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in San Francisco. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Don and Bev have six children that keep their lives active and exciting. Don enjoys sports and camping, woodworking and reading. As a pastor’s son himself, Don has always had a deep love for Christ’s church and His people. |

| Ken and Anna-Dawn return to Alberta to take on the task of Church Effectiveness Coach. Both Ken and Anna-Dawn were born and raised in Alberta but left right after their marriage in 1976 to spend time in Portland Oregon, Indiana, Ontario and for the last 15 years Ken has served as the Lead Pastor in Midland, Michigan. Ken brings with him an educational background that includes a B.A in Religion, a Master of Arts in Religion, a Masters of Divinity and a Doctorate of Ministry. Ken’s coaching congregations include the Calgary area, Edmonton area and the Peace Country of Northern Alberta. Ken is also the coach for the Western Canadian District Youth Workers.

Doug and Teri came to serve with the District Office in September 2008 after 10 years as Lead Pastor in High River, Alberta. Prior to that they spent 4 very memorable years on staff at Fort McMurray Alliance Church. Through various life experiences, both positive and difficult, Doug has developed a passion for the grace of Jesus to find expression in various facets of society as well as in the lives of leaders. Doug has completed his Bachelor of Biblical Studies (CBC) and more recently his M.A. in Leadership and Ministry (Ambrose). Doug and Teri have 2 young boys and Doug enjoys riding his motorcycle, building furniture and cheering on the Blue Jays.

| Ron came to us in 2007 from Global Ministries. He was ordained in the WCD and pastored at Vegreville (1977-79) and Southview/Calgary (1990-94). Ron was a missionary in residence at CBC/CTS (1988-89). Ron and Myra have spent 27 years with GM in Africa, most recently as Regional Developers for Africa (1998-2006). Besides working as a missions coach, Ron sits on a number of boards including l’Institut Biblique VIE (Montreal) and the Mobile Member Care Team (LeRucher, France); he is on the Facilitation Team for Perspectives Canada. Ron's formal studies include theology at Prairie, education at the University of Calgary, missiology at CTS and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Ron and Myra have two adult daughters, one living in Calgary and one in Niamey, Niger. For fun the Browns enjoy togetherness camping and attending concerts. |

| Elizabeth joined the District team September 2007. She has the privilege of lending support to ministry wives through her role as Networking Coach. She and her husband, David, and their two children, Ben and Jessica, currently reside in Spruce Grove where David is Lead Pastor at Spruce Grove Alliance. They are enjoying their return to Alberta after several years of serving congregations in British Colombia and Ontario. |

| John came to the District Office in May 2000. He and his wife, Cheryl, have 4 kids and love spending time with them. John enjoys his times of coaching his boys’ teams in baseball and soccer. Before he joined our team...John was involved with a small accounting firm for 20 years. |

| Wayne is an amazing guy who volunteers his time here at the office to help with procedures for building, land purchases, policies and a host of other details. Wayne and his wife Lou Ellen have two kids and enjoy spending time with their grandkids. Wayne is retired from his role as a Vice President in the oil-related side of business. |

| Darlene arrived at the District Office in May of 2002. She has been involved in numerous and varied ministries within the Alliance for years. She has served as Children's Pastor, assistant dorm parent at Black Forest Academy, secretary at National Office and CE Director for the Central Canadian District. Her husband, Brian, is on staff at RockPointe Church as the Site Pastor - Westhills. They have 3 adult sons. In their spare time, Brian and Darlene can be found cycling around Calgary. |

| Brittany came to the District Office in August 2005. She is married to Ryan, the Assistant Director of Small Groups at RockPointe Church where they attend and Brittany volunteers as a Worship Leader. Brittany and Ryan really enjoy spending time with their family and friends, as well as spending time out in the mountains. |

| Pauline embarked on a new journey with the District Office in September 2008. After spending much of the last twenty five years in the corporate world focused on marketing and business operations, Pauline felt God leading her in a different direction. Pauline and her husband Brian have two wonderful children and together they own a family business in the transportation industry. Recently their family found a new church home at Springbank Community Church which was the first step on the path that led her to us. Brian and Pauline like to spend their spare time with their children and have recently discovered the joy of boating! Pauline is a passionate member of the Worship and Compassion Ministry teams at Springbank Community Church. |

| Britton began at the District Office in September 2008. She is married to Kirk, Director of Operations at RockPointe Church where they attend with their three children. Britton is a published poet and short fiction writer, as well as the proud owner of two trunk novels. She volunteers her time as a flash fiction editor of an online journal. Currently, she is studying to obtain her BA English from Athabasca University. For fun, Britton loves to go geocaching with her family. |
